What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the condition of my hire vehicle?

We always aim to provide quality vehicles in premium condition. On the rare occasion you are unsatisfied with the condition of your vehicle, we are happy to help and will of course change it if necessary subject to vehicle availability. If you collected it, simply return to the hire station. Or if your hire vehicle was delivered, please call the number on the front of your rental agreement. If you feel that your vehicle is not safe to drive, please call the roadside assistance number printed on your contract.
