I’ve created two reservations by mistake, what should I do?

No need to worry, these things happen! If you have made two identical bookings accidentally, please cancel one of the reservations here, or you can call our reservations team. Once the duplicate booking is cancelled, if you prepaid for the bookings, you can contact our customer service team to request a refund. Please note that if the bookings are not identical, there may be a cancellation fee.
