I have cancelled my booking due to Covid-19. How do I get my refund?
Should you need to cancel a prepaid booking that was made directly with us, we are waiving cancellation fees as long as the booking is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the day your rental begins. If you cancel your reservation through our website, at any point prior to the day of rental itself, your refund will be processed in full immediately and should reach your account within 10 days. Please note that should you cancel less than 48 hours before your rental is due to begin, you will receive a full refund minus the lower of i) 2 days of your booking or ii) a fixed fee depending on the country you booked in (DKK 485, NOK 645, SEK 693, £ 60, € 65, CHF 76). If you do not cancel and fail to show up, no refund will be provided and a fee may apply.
For "pay on collection" or "pay later" bookings, there will be no cancellation fees up until the time the rental is due to begin.
